A pipe burst at two in the morning. The water is still running.
A text back on every missed call, nights and storm weeks covered, and booking in both languages, for water damage and mold companies across west Miami-Dade.
The water does not wait, and neither do they
A pipe bursts at two in the morning. Water runs across the kitchen and under the cabinets. Somebody starts dialing.
They do not leave a voicemail and wait. The water keeps moving while the phone rings. They call the next number, and the one after that. The company that answers gets the job. The others never know they were called.
And your phone is on the seat of a truck, or next to a dehumidifier running at another house. Nobody hears it ring.
One phone that never rings out
A text back within a minute of the missed call, in the language they called in. At night it goes out only if you turn night replies on. It asks for the address, where the water came from and which rooms are wet, so you call back ready.
Nights, weekends and storm weeks covered. Pipes break at night and roofs leak on Sunday. Every caller gets an answer, even when every crew is out.
A voice agent that takes the address, the source of the water, photos by text and a callback number. It books the visit. It does not quote the work or talk about insurance. That stays with you.
Drying updates by text. When you move a job forward, the customer gets a text: equipment set, drying check booked, equipment picked up.
Adjuster and property manager details kept on the job, so the claim number, the adjuster's name and every address stay in one place.
A clean hand-off to Jobber or Housecall Pro, so the job starts with the address, the photos and the notes already filled in.

Spanish stays Spanish, start to finish
In this market the call often comes in Spanish. The person calling may be the owner, a tenant, or a son calling for his mother while the water runs. An English-only auto-reply says: this company is not for us.
Spanish stays Spanish here: the text back, the arrival time, the drying check reminder, the voice agent and the invoice follow-up. Your crew lead can keep the call in Spanish.
What we do about the texting rules
Texting customers has rules. Phone carriers block business texts from numbers that are not registered, and federal law (the TCPA) says what you may send and when.
We register your number during setup. Every text carries your company name and a STOP option. Between 8 PM and 8 AM nothing automatic goes out unless you turn on night replies for missed calls. Follow-up texts never go out at night. The messages stop the moment somebody replies or books.
Your customers' permission to be texted is yours to keep, not ours. That matters most after a storm, when lists get built in a hurry. We say so plainly on the Texting Rules page instead of letting you find out during a dispute.
We are not lawyers and this is not legal advice. Your rules, your training and your team are yours.

We confirm each one on the call before you sign anything. This is a starting point, not a certified list.
Built for west Miami-Dade. Works across South Florida.
Each area loses work in its own way, so each page says something specific and true about it.
Sweetwater
Dense and mostly rented. The caller is often a tenant or a landlord with water coming in from the unit next door, and the job goes to whoever answers.
West Miami
A square mile of 1950s houses with older pipes. Referral work, and owners who call back with questions before they say yes.
Fontainebleau
Condo and association work, where water from one unit reaches the next and the caller is a property manager with several doors to check.
Hialeah, Kendall, Westchester and Doral have their own pages too. Outside those? The setup is the same, and it works anywhere in South Florida. See all the trades.
Questions we get on this call
A missed call gets a text back within a minute. At night it goes out only if you turn night replies on. On Crew, the voice agent can answer the call itself. The voice agent takes the address, where the water is coming from and photos. Your emergency path decides who gets the call at night.
No. It takes the details and books the visit. It can write down the insurance company and the claim number if the caller has them. What the policy covers is a talk between you, the owner and the adjuster.
No. It does not quote water extraction, drying or mold work. You price the job after you see it.
Yes. When you move a job to the next step, the customer gets a text in their language: equipment set, drying check booked, equipment picked up. You do not have to call each one.
Good. This sits in front of it and hands over jobs already booked, with the address, photos and notes filled in. We confirm the setup on the call.
Maybe. If your phone is already answered every time it rings, day and night, this buys you less than it costs, and we will say so on the call.
