AI Voice Agent

It answers on the second ring. At 11 PM. On Sunday.

A voice agent that picks up when your team can’t. It offers English or Spanish right away, takes what you need, books a real open slot, and hands anything it should not handle to a person.

AI Voice Receptionist After Hours Console

BEFORE / AFTER

What actually changes

Today With YaContesta.pro
After-hours calls go to voicemail A voice agent answers on the second ring, any hour
The caller has to guess which language to try It opens in both and lets the caller choose
A callback gets promised and forgotten It books a real open slot, on the call
No record of what was said The recording and a written copy save to the record
A price gets guessed at over the phone It hands off to a person. It never quotes work it has not seen

HOW IT WORKS

How it works

  1. 1

Calls go to the agent on your rules: after hours, when your line is busy, or every call.

  2. 2

It opens in both languages: "Thank you for calling ‹company›. ¿Prefiere continuar en español o en inglés?"

  3. 3

It takes the name, callback number, what is wrong, and when they are home, then books a real open slot on your calendar.

  4. 4

Anything it should not handle, like pricing, complaints, or an emergency, goes to a person, on rules you set.

  5. 5

The call, the recording and a written copy save to the customer record, and a card goes on the job board.

DETAILS

The specifics

English and Spanish, chosen by the caller
Books real open slots on your calendar, no double-booking
You set when it hands off to a person, and the after-hours emergency handoff is tested before the agent goes live
Recording and written copy saved to the record
You choose how long recordings are kept. A recording you did not need is a risk you chose to keep
Booking and details only. It does not quote a job it has not seen

BY VERTICAL

How it changes by trade

One system, four setups. Every plan runs on the same system. What changes is which questions, steps and rules apply.

Air conditioning

The emergency handoff is built and tested before this agent ever goes live. No exceptions, no adding it later.

Electrical

Books site visits and answers scheduling questions. Anything about the job, permits or price goes to your team.

Plumbing

Books service calls and routine work. An active leak or a backed-up main goes to a person right away.

Roofing

Books inspections and takes storm damage details. An active leak or anything unsafe on a roof goes to a person, not the agent.

THE RULES. READ THIS ONE CAREFULLY.

The voice agent is the riskiest feature on this site, and we treat it that way. Florida law says both people on a call must know it is being recorded. So the agent says the call is recorded at the start of every call, and it says it is an automated assistant right away, instead of letting somebody find out.

The federal rules on AI voices calling consumers have moved fast and are still moving. What is settled: an AI voice on a customer call is regulated. What is less settled: the exact words it has to say in every case. The platform names the AI companies it uses, Retell AI, Synthflow and Botpress, and we name them here so you can look them up yourself.

So this agent only takes incoming calls, and only handles booking and details. It takes a name, an address, a callback number and what is wrong, and it books a real open slot. It does not quote a job it has not seen, and it does not haggle. We set what it may talk about, what it must hand to a person, and how long recordings are kept.

The after-hours emergency handoff is built and tested before the agent goes live. A burst pipe at 2 AM has to reach a person, not a booking form. No exceptions, no “we’ll add it later.”

SOUTH FLORIDA

Florida’s rule on recording calls is not a formality here. A company taking calls from Sweetwater to Fontainebleau needs the recording notice to land in whichever language the caller starts in. And offering the language choice right away matters more in this market than almost anything else in the product. A caller who has to fumble through an English menu to reach a person rarely stays on the line.

FAQ

Questions we get on the call

Yes. It says it is an automated assistant and that the call may be recorded, right at the start, in the caller's language. Florida requires that. We do not fool callers, and with this crowd it would backfire anyway.
