She saw a rat in the kitchen at nine on a Sunday night. She is calling three companies.
A text back on every missed call, nights and weekends covered, and booking in both languages, for pest control and termite companies across west Miami-Dade.
The window is minutes, not hours
Nobody plans a pest call. A rat runs across the kitchen. Termite wings show up on the windowsill. Somebody starts dialing.
They do not leave a voicemail and wait. They hang up and call the next number, and the one after that, until somebody picks up. The company that answers gets the job. The others never know they were called.
Most pest companies run this phone off a cell phone in a tech's pocket. That tech is in an attic, under a sink or on a ladder when it rings.
What runs while your techs are on a job
A text back within a minute of the missed call, in the language they called in. A real visit window, not a promise to call back.
Nights and weekends covered, because a rat in the kitchen does not wait for Monday, and neither does a landlord with an upset tenant.
A voice agent that takes the address, the pest they saw, where they saw it and a callback number, then books the visit. It does not quote work or give treatment advice.
Quarterly visit reminders and plan renewals that go out on their own, so that steady income stops depending on somebody remembering.
Termite inspection and tenting dates kept on the job record. The prep notes you write go out before the day, in the customer's language.
Landlord and property manager records that hold more than one address, and a clean hand-off to Jobber or Housecall Pro with the history already filled in.
Job board steps we set up for this trade
Spanish stays Spanish, start to finish
In this market the call often comes in Spanish, and the person calling is often speaking for a tenant or a parent. An English-only auto-reply says: this company is not for us.
Spanish stays Spanish here: the text back, the visit window, the reminder before each quarterly visit, the voice agent and the invoice follow-up. Whoever picks it up can keep the call in Spanish.
What we do about the texting rules
Texting customers has rules. Phone carriers block business texts from numbers that are not registered, and federal law (the TCPA) says what you may send and when.
We register your number during setup. Every text carries your company name and a STOP option. Quiet hours run from 8 PM to 8 AM. The messages stop the moment somebody replies or books.
Your customers' permission to be texted is yours to keep, not ours. We say so plainly on the Texting Rules page instead of letting you find out during a dispute.
We are not lawyers and this is not legal advice. Your rules, your training and your team are yours.

We confirm each one on the call before you sign anything. This is a starting point, not a certified list.
Built for west Miami-Dade. Works across South Florida.
Each area loses work in its own way, so each page says something specific and true about it.
Sweetwater
Dense and mostly rented. Roach and rodent calls where the buyer is a landlord or a manager, and the job goes to whoever answers.
West Miami
A square mile of 1950s houses with wood frames and old roofs. Termite inspections, referral work, and quarterly plans that renew year after year.
Fontainebleau
Condo and association work, where the caller is a property manager booking pest service for several buildings at once.
Hialeah, Kendall, Westchester and Doral have their own pages too. Outside those? The setup is the same, and it works anywhere in South Florida. See all the trades.
Questions we get on this call
Nobody has to. A missed call gets a text back within a minute, and the voice agent can take the address and the pest without anyone stopping work.
No. It takes the address, the pest, where it was seen and a callback number, then books the visit. It does not quote work. Questions about treatment go to you and your licensed staff.
Yes. Reminders before each quarterly visit and plan renewals go out on their own. They stop when the customer books or replies.
The inspection date and the tenting date live on the job record. The prep notes you write go out before the day, in the customer's language. We do not write prep steps for you.
Not when it says something useful. The text names your company and offers a real visit window. No texts go out between 8 PM and 8 AM.
Maybe. If your phone is already answered every time it rings, this buys you less than it costs, and we will say so on the call.
Somebody is dialing right now.
