Four trades. One phone problem.
A dead AC, a burst pipe, a panel upgrade and a storm-damaged roof are very different jobs. But they get lost the same way: the call is answered too slowly, in the wrong language, and the owner never finds out until the month comes up short.
Air conditioning, plumbing, electrical and roofing. One system, set up differently for each, because the calls are different.
Emergency calls
Air Conditioning
The AC died at six on a Tuesday in August.
Nobody plans an AC repair. The unit stops, somebody starts dialing, and the company that answers gets the job. A text back on missed calls, nights and weekends covered, booking in both languages.

Panels, rewires, EV chargers
Electrical
You did not lose on price. You lost on follow-up.
Quote follow-up that runs for weeks, not days. Permit dates kept on the job card. And a reply after hours, before they call the company on the next block.

Emergency and quoted work
Plumbing
The new customer called at 4:55 on Friday.
A reply to new callers within a minute. Steady follow-up on approved work that never got scheduled. Callbacks in both languages.

Storm season
Roofing
Storm season is the whole business.
Every referral tracked to who sent it. Quote follow-up that knows when a claim is pending. And replies that hold up in the weeks when the phone does not stop.

Built for west Miami-Dade. Works across South Florida.
Each neighborhood loses calls in its own way, so each page says something specific and true about it.
Sweetwater
Dense and mostly rented. Emergency calls where the buyer is a landlord or a manager, and the job goes to whoever answers.
West Miami
A square mile of 1950s houses on original panels and cast iron. Referral work, and quotes that close over weeks.
Fontainebleau
Condominium and association work, where the caller is a property manager keeping several vendors per trade.
Hialeah, Kendall, Westchester and Doral have their own pages too. Outside those? The setup is the same, and it works anywhere in South Florida. See all four trades .
Not sure which setup fits your company?
Tell us what you run. We will tell you honestly if this is a fit, on the call, not after you have signed anything.

Questions we get on the call
Because the call is different. A dead AC in August goes to whoever answers first. A panel upgrade gets quoted once and decided over weeks. Those need different job board steps, different follow-up timing and different booking questions. So the forms, steps and texts come set up per trade, not as one generic template.
These four are the trades we have set up most often in west Miami-Dade. The system is not limited to them. If you run a different trade, the question on the call is whether your calls look enough like one of these to make it worth it. We will tell you if they do not.
Yes. From the Crew plan up, you can run more than one board. An emergency line and a quoted-work line can have their own steps and their own follow-up.
No. We build and support software. We are not a licensed contractor. We do not do, supervise, inspect or guarantee trade work, and we do not vet or endorse the companies using the system.
