The pool turned green two days before the party. They are calling three companies.
A text back on every missed call, nights and weekends covered, and booking in both languages, for pool companies across west Miami-Dade.
The window is minutes, not days
Nobody plans a green pool. The pump stops, or the rain comes, or the chlorine runs out. Two days later the water is green and there are guests on Saturday.
They do not leave a voicemail and wait. They hang up and call the next pool company, and the one after that, until somebody picks up. The company that answers gets the cleanup, and often the weekly route after it.
Most pool companies run this phone from a cell in a tech's pocket. The tech is on route, hands wet, at the fifth pool of the day.
What we set up, so the phone never rings out
A text back within a minute of the missed call, in the language they called in. A real visit window, not a promise to call back.
Nights and weekends covered, because a pump does not pick a good day to quit, and a host with renters coming in does not wait for Monday.
A voice agent that takes the address, the gate code, the type of pool (chlorine or salt), what stopped working and a callback number. It books the visit. It does not give prices.
Reminders before each route visit, with gate and pet notes on the customer record, so a tech is not stuck outside a locked gate.
Property manager and rental host records that hold more than one address, so a repeat caller is not a new lead every time.
A clean hand-off to Jobber or Housecall Pro, so the job starts with the address, the equipment and the history already filled in.
Job board steps we set up for this trade
Spanish stays Spanish, start to finish
In this market the call often comes in Spanish, and the person calling is often speaking for a parent, a tenant or a rental guest. An English-only auto-reply says: this company is not for us.
Spanish stays Spanish here: the text back, the visit window, the route reminder, the voice agent and the invoice follow-up. Whoever picks it up can keep the call in Spanish.
What we do about the texting rules
Texting customers has rules. Phone carriers block business texts from numbers that are not registered, and federal law (the TCPA) says what you may send and when.
We register your number during setup. Every text carries your company name and a STOP option. Reminders and follow-ups do not go out between 8 PM and 8 AM. The messages stop the moment somebody replies or books.
Your customers' permission to be texted is yours to keep, not ours. We say so plainly on the Texting Rules page instead of letting you find out during a dispute.
We are not lawyers and this is not legal advice. Your rules, your training and your team are yours.

We confirm each one on the call before you sign anything. This is a starting point, not a certified list.
Built for west Miami-Dade. Works across South Florida.
Each area loses work in its own way, so each page says something specific and true about it.
Sweetwater
Dense and mostly rented. Pool calls often come from a landlord or a manager, and the job goes to whoever answers.
West Miami
Older houses with backyard pools and older equipment. Weekly route work by referral, and repair quotes that take time to close.
Fontainebleau
Condo and association pools, where the caller is a property manager with several vendors per trade.
Hialeah, Kendall, Westchester and Doral have their own pages too. Outside those? The setup is the same, and it works anywhere in South Florida. See all trades.
Questions we get on this call
Nobody has to stop work. A missed call gets a text back within a minute, and the voice agent takes the address, the problem and a callback number.
No. It takes the details and books a visit. You or your office give the price, after someone has seen the pool.
Yes. A reminder goes out before each route visit. Gate codes and pet notes stay on the customer record, so the tech has them.
The caller gets a reply fast, in their language, and a visit gets booked. Your tech sees the pool, and you quote the cleanup from there.
Reminders and follow-ups do not go out between 8 PM and 8 AM. A caller at night can still leave the details with the voice agent.
Maybe. If your phone is already answered every time it rings, this buys you less than it costs, and we will say so on the call.
Somebody is dialing right now.
