Reports

The numbers your spreadsheet never gave you.

How many calls, how fast you reply, how many book, and what the jobs are worth. Split by where the call came from, tech, language, trade, and location.

BEFORE / AFTER

How many callers book is a feeling How many book, by step, by tech, by language
Ad spend answers to no one Job value by where the call came from
The English/Spanish split has never been measured It is a report you can open any time

HOW IT WORKS

How it works

  1. 1

Every call, message and result already saved by the job board and inbox feeds the report. Nothing extra to type in.

  2. 2

Numbers split out on their own by where the call came from, by tech or office person, by language, by trade, and by location.

  3. 3

You set it to go to whoever should see it: weekly to the owner, monthly to the partners.

  4. 4

You read it, not us. Nothing here is a black box. Every number traces back to a customer record you can open.

DETAILS

What it reports

Calls by where they came from: website, Google, referral, paid ads, phone, Angi or Thumbtack
Your reply time on a normal day and on the worst day. Usually the most uncomfortable and most useful number in the report
How many callers make it past each step, so you can see exactly where people drop off
Results by tech or office person
English vs. Spanish calls and bookings. A split most companies have never seen, because nothing was measuring it
Job value by where the call came from, so your ad spend has something to answer to
How often people cancel or do not show

BY VERTICAL

How it changes by trade

One system, four setups. Every plan runs on the same system. What changes is which questions, steps and rules apply.

Air conditioning

Bookings by type of job and by tech, plus how many maintenance plans renewed.

Electrical

How many quotes turn into jobs, by type of job and by where the call came from, including how many closed only after a follow-up.

Plumbing

Emergency reply time kept separate from the close rate on quoted work, because they are two different businesses.

Roofing

Storm season call volume against close rate, and how many stuck jobs were waiting on an insurance adjuster, not on you.

SOUTH FLORIDA

The English vs. Spanish split is the number South Florida companies react to most. It is a measuring problem, not a marketing problem. Most companies we talk to have never seen how their English calls book against their Spanish ones, because nothing in their tools kept the two apart. We know of no published study tying language to no-shows or finished jobs, so we will not claim one. What we can say is smaller and still useful: you cannot fix a gap you cannot see, and until now most companies could not see it.
