Job Board
Every call, on one board.
No more spreadsheet, shared inbox and sticky notes. Every caller becomes a card. Cards move across steps you set. Anything sitting too long turns red.
BEFORE / AFTER
What actually changes
| Today | With YaContesta.pro |
|---|---|
| Calls in four places | One board |
| "Did anyone call her back?" | Visible, with a timestamp and a name |
| Owner finds out at month-end | Owner sees it live |
| No idea where the call came from | Where it came from, on every card |
| Stalls are invisible | Stalls turn red |
HOW IT WORKS
How it works
-
1
The steps match how you work. Each trade comes with a default set of steps (see /industries/), and you can change them.
-
2
Every call becomes a card on its own, no matter how it came in: form, phone call, text, or web chat.
-
3
Cards move on their own when something happens: a form comes in, an estimate gets booked, a customer does not show. Or a person drags them.
-
4
Anything sitting too long gets flagged. Nothing goes quiet.

BY VERTICAL
How it changes by trade
One system, four setups. Every plan runs on the same system. What changes is which questions, steps and rules apply.
Air conditioning
New call, texted back, diagnostic scheduled, quote sent, job scheduled, won or lost.
Electrical
New call, site visit scheduled, quote sent, follow-up running, approved, permitted and scheduled.
Plumbing
New call, dispatched, on site, quote sent, approved, scheduled or complete.
Roofing
New call, inspection scheduled, quote sent, claim or approval pending, scheduled, complete, with referral source kept on the card.
SOUTH FLORIDA
A company working Sweetwater, West Miami and Fontainebleau is really running three phone lines at once. The board filters by location as easily as by tech, so the owner can see all three or just one without asking three people for an update.
The ES/EN mark on each card matters here. Most people in this market who do not speak English speak Spanish. The mark tells you who on your team should pick that job back up.

Permits, inspections, and the electrical job that stalls quietly
A permitted job has dates nobody is watching. Put permit pulled, rough-in and final on the job card so a job waiting on the county looks different from one that went cold.
