Built for west Miami-Dade. Works across South Florida.
We built this in South Florida, for South Florida. That is not a marketing line. It is why the Spanish reads right. It is why we know a Sweetwater landlord calls three companies in a row, and a Fontainebleau manager calls down a list.
Where we work
Sweetwater, FL 33172
The second call goes out ninety seconds after the first one hits voicemail.
West Miami, FL 33144
A square mile of 1950s houses, all failing at the panel at once.
Fontainebleau, FL 33172
The caller is a property manager with four vendors on speed dial.
Hialeah, FL 33012
The call comes in Spanish, and the second company on the list answers.
Kendall, FL 33176
Every AC on the block is the same age. They all die the same summer.
Westchester, FL 33155
The customer has used the same plumber for twenty years. Until he stops answering.
Doral, FL 33166
The caller is a property manager, a warehouse tenant, or a board.
Also serving: Homestead · Cutler Bay · Miami Lakes · Hialeah Gardens · Miami Gardens · South Miami · Coconut Grove · Downtown Miami · Fort Lauderdale.
Outside South Florida? The setup is the same, and it all happens by phone and screen share anyway.
Who we build for
One system, set up differently for four trades, in every neighborhood above.
Frequently asked
Covering South Florida
Which parts of South Florida do you cover?
Miami-Dade and Broward, and anywhere else by phone and screen share. Sweetwater, West Miami, Fontainebleau, Hialeah, Kendall, Westchester and Doral each have a page because each one loses work in its own way. But it runs anywhere in South Florida.
Where are you based?
Coral Gables, Florida. Setup and support happen over the phone and screen share, in English or Spanish. You do not need to come to us, and we do not need to come to you.
Do you work with contractors outside those three areas?
Yes. The setup is the same everywhere in South Florida. The three neighborhood pages exist because each one has a different version of the missed-call problem, not because they are the only places we work.
Is it really bilingual, or just translated?
Both languages come from one setup, so they cannot drift apart. Whichever language a person calls or writes in sets the language of every message after. The text back, the confirmation, the reminder and the voice agent.
Which trades do you work with?
Air conditioning, plumbing, electrical and roofing. The core system is the same. The booking questions, job board steps and routing change by trade.
Do I need to be a big company to use this?
No. Most companies on this run one to four trucks. If you are one truck and the phone is already handled well, we will say so on the call instead of selling you something.
What does it cost?
Three plans, billed monthly: Solo at $149, Crew at $299, and Fleet at $549. Paying yearly is cheaper. Every plan includes the Spanish and English setup and the same core system.
