Built for South Florida trades, not a national template.
YaContesta.pro answers the phone, texts back, and books the job for South Florida trade contractors, in English and Spanish. Air conditioning, plumbing, electrical and roofing. It is a product you buy: the prices are published, setup is a flat $497, and the English and Spanish templates are built before you log in. It runs on a secure platform we did not build ourselves. We would rather say that here than have you find out later.
Setup is done by us and costs the same on every plan. Connecting your dispatch software or the voice agent is quoted after the call, so you never pay for work you did not ask for.
How it works
Three parties, three jobs
We are not the platform. We set up and support a platform somebody else built and maintains, and we say so instead of pretending we wrote it.
The platform
The software this runs on: the phone system, the texting, the encryption, the logs. We did not build it, and we do not claim to.
YaContesta.pro
Sets it up for South Florida trades: the forms in both languages, the job boards, the follow-up texts, and the carrier registration. This is the setup and the support, not the platform.
Your company
Owns the customer and their permission to be texted. Your name is on the message and your number sends it. No vendor, including us, can hold that part for you.
How the texting rules split between your company, us and the platform is on the Texting Rules page.
Why we built this
South Florida companies lose real calls to slow, English-only phones
The platform can already do everything below. Almost nobody sets it up in a way that holds up for a Miami company. Doing it well takes someone who speaks Miami Spanish and knows the local rules. That gap is what we built for.
Spanish before they are a customer, not after
Most bilingual tools start once someone is already your customer. Ours starts at the call. The form, the auto-reply, the voice agent’s first question and the reminder text all run in the language the person used first.
Built for South Florida, supported from South Florida
Support comes from people in your time zone who know Sweetwater from West Miami, not a ticket queue somewhere else. Setup and support happen by phone and screen share.
Set up with Florida’s rules in mind
Federal texting law, the phone carriers’ registration rules, and Florida’s own phone law all shape how we set up permission, quiet hours and STOP handling. We do not turn legal details into marketing claims without a lawyer looking first. See the note below.
The math said out loud
A missed call on a $600 average job is a real number. Not a vague promise of “more leads.” We would rather show the math than wave at it.
Where it came from
Built for a business that needed it
YaContesta.pro is run by Aday Interactive, Inc., a software company in Coral Gables, Florida. It started as an in-house setup for a South Florida service business whose whole problem was that calls came in after hours and half of them came in Spanish. This is that same system rebuilt for the trades. That is why the Spanish handling and the missed-call text back are the parts that work best. They were built for a business that needed them, not picked off a feature list.
We are not going to list customer counts, years in business, or awards here. We do not have those numbers in a form we could stand behind if you asked to see them. So we would rather keep this short than fill it with something we cannot prove.
What we do not claim
- • “Our platform” or “we built the software.” We set up and support a platform someone else built, and our legal pages name it.
- • “TCPA certified” or “compliance guaranteed.” No such certification exists for anyone. Following the rules is something you do, not a feature you buy.
- • Customer counts, years in business, team size, or awards. None are verified, so none are on this page.
- • That we are faster, safer, or more compliant than others on the same platform. Same engine underneath, so that claim would be false.

A 30-minute call covers pricing, timing, and exactly what the setup looks like for a company your size.
FAQ
Questions we get on the call
Aday Interactive, Inc., a software company in Coral Gables, Florida. Setup and support happen over the phone and screen share, in English or Spanish.
No, and we say so plainly. The platform is HighLevel. What we sell is everything on top. Forms in both languages. Job boards set up for your trade. Follow-up texts written for contractors. Carrier registration. The voice agent. And support from people in your time zone.
No. This is not a medical product. There are no health records, no HIPAA paperwork, and HIPAA does not apply to what we do.
All of South Florida, starting with Sweetwater, West Miami and Fontainebleau. Setup and support are done by phone and screen share, so it works the same anywhere.
