Cookie Policy

What yacontesta.pro sets in your browser today, and what changes once the company booking system goes live.

Last updated: 25 October 2026 · Counsel review pending. See the note at the end of this page.

The short version

  • We use Google Analytics and PostHog to see which pages people read, and PostHog records visits with form fields hidden. They only turn on if you say yes.
  • We do not run ads and we do not sell what it collects.
  • The booking calendar on our demo page comes from another company and can set its own cookies.
  • You can change your answer any time with Cookie preferences at the bottom of every page. The site works either way.

This box is a plain summary. The detail is below.

1. What this policy covers

This page describes cookies and similar technologies used by the yacontesta.pro marketing website, the pages you are reading now. It does not cover the company workspace inside the application our platform provider operates, which subscribed technicians and staff log into to run their intake system; that application runs on the provider’s own infrastructure and is covered by the provider’s own cookie and privacy disclosures, not this page. Our CRM provider is listed with our other suppliers in Section 11 of the Terms of Use.

2. What this site sets today

Analytics. This site uses two analytics tools, and neither loads until you say yes in the cookie banner. If you say no, or never answer, neither one runs.

Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-PR7VSCB98D) sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*, typically for up to two years) to tell repeat visits apart from new ones. Google acts as our processor for this data and describes its own handling in its privacy notice for partner sites.

PostHog sets a first-party cookie whose name starts with ph_, for up to one year, and keeps a matching entry in your browser’s local storage. It records which pages you open and a few steps on them: reaching the middle of the pricing page, first using the calculator, seeing the booking calendar, and landing on the page after a booking. PostHog, Inc. acts as our processor and stores this data in the United States; see its privacy policy.

Session recordings. With the same yes, PostHog also records how a visit plays out: the pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement, replayed so we can see where a page confuses people. Everything typed into a form field is masked in your browser before it is sent, so a recording shows that a field was filled in, not what was typed. Recordings are kept by PostHog for a limited period, seen only by us, used only to fix this website, and never sold or used for advertising. Say no and nothing is recorded.

We use both to see which pages people read and where they arrive from. We do not run advertising against either one, and nothing about a customer ever passes through them, this is the marketing site, not a company workspace.

Your answer. The banner saves your choice in a first-party cookie, yc_consent, and the same value in local storage, for twelve months, so it does not ask again on every page. It holds only yes or no and the date. This one is needed for the banner to work and is set whichever way you answer.

Booking. The demo pages at /demo/ and /en/demo/ embed a scheduling calendar served by our platform provider through our booking domain (api.adayinteractive.com). That embed can set its own cookies, under the provider’s policies rather than ours, and it loads only on those two pages. Apart from the analytics tools above, that embed, and web fonts, nothing on this site loads from a third party. If that changes we will update this page before the change ships, not after.

3. The consultation booking flow

The scheduling calendar embedded on the call pages may set its own functional cookie to hold your session while you pick a time, and it collects the name, contact details, and answers you enter into it. That data goes to our platform provider and to us, and is handled under the Privacy Policy. We will document exactly what it sets here once it is in production, rather than describing a cookie that does not exist yet.

4. Managing cookies in your browser

Every major browser lets you view, block, or delete cookies through its settings, and most offer a private or incognito window that discards them when you close it. Blocking them costs you nothing here: no cookie on this site is load-bearing, so with all of them refused you can still read every page and book a demo. The simplest control is on this site: choose Cookie preferences at the bottom of any page and turn analytics off. Blocking the analytics cookies in Section 2 in your browser, or using a blocker that stops googletagmanager.com or posthog.com from loading, has the same result: your visit is left out of our reports. If a future feature does depend on a cookie to work, we will say so in the relevant section above.

5. “Do Not Track” and similar signals

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the analytics tools in Section 2 stay off. The banner still appears, so you can turn them on yourself if you want to; otherwise nothing is recorded. The site does not read “Do Not Track,” so that signal alone does not change anything, but because analytics only runs after a yes, not answering the banner has the same effect. We do not sell or rent site data to anyone.

6. Changes to this policy

We will update this page any time what the site actually sets changes. The date at the top reflects the last substantive revision, and this page is the source of truth over any general statement elsewhere on the site.
