PAST CUSTOMERS
You already paid for these customers once.
Most companies have hundreds or thousands of past customers and old quotes sitting in a spreadsheet, a phone, or an old system. Nobody calls them, because nobody has time. This is the cheapest work in the business. No ads, no lead fee, and they already know your name.
TODAY VS. AFTER
What actually changes
Past customers are a list nobody has opened since the job closed.
They get a text on a schedule you set.
Approved quotes that never got scheduled quietly disappear.
They get followed up until you get an answer either way.
Maintenance renewals depend on somebody remembering.
They go out on their own and stop when the customer books.
Seasonal reminders go out if there is a slow week.
They go out before the season, while the calendar is still open.
HOW IT RUNS
Turning an old list into booked work
-
1
Your customer list comes in from wherever it lives now: a spreadsheet, your dispatch software, or an old system. There is no per-contact charge, so a big list costs the same as a small one.
-
2
The list gets sorted by what matters: last job date, trade, type of property, language, and whether a quote was approved but never scheduled.
-
3
Texts and emails go out in each customer’s language, at a pace that reads like a person, not a blast.
-
4
Replies land in the same inbox as new calls, so your team does not work two systems.
-
5
Anything that books lands on the same job board as new work, and the messages stop for that customer.
WHAT YOU GET
What is included
- Bring your list in from a spreadsheet, your dispatch software, or an old system. No per-contact fee
- Sort by last job date, trade, type of property, language and open quotes
- Approved-but-unscheduled work gets its own campaign
- Maintenance plan and seasonal tune-up reminders on a schedule
- Texts go out in the language already saved on the customer
- Quiet hours built in. Nothing automatic between 8 PM and 8 AM
- Every campaign stops when someone replies, books, or texts STOP
- A report on what the campaign booked, so you can decide whether to run it again
BY TRADE
It does not look the same in every trade
Air conditioning
Maintenance plans and pre-season tune-ups. Everyone whose system is now eight years old is a replacement waiting to happen, and nobody is calling them.
Plumbing
Approved repipe and water heater quotes that never got scheduled. The work was sold. It just never made the calendar.
Electrical
Panel quotes that went quiet, and past customers whose houses are due for the work the inspector already flagged.
Roofing
Inspections from two storms ago, and quotes that stalled waiting on a claim. Both are worth a second look before the next season.
FAQ
Questions we get on the call
As many as you have. We charge by logins and text volume, not by contact. A company with 8,000 past customers pays the same as one with 200. Text credits are set per plan, and that is the only thing the list size affects.
We do not know, and neither does anyone who promises you a number. What we can do on the call is size it from your own numbers: how many past customers, how many approved quotes never got scheduled, and what your average job is worth. The math is yours.
It depends on the permission you have, and it is worth getting right. Customers you have worked for are treated differently from cold lists, and we will not build a campaign on a purchased list. Permission, quiet hours and STOP handling are covered on the Texting Rules page.
It can, if you blast it. The texts go out at a human pace, keep quiet hours, and stop the moment somebody replies, books, or texts STOP. A campaign that reads like a mass text gets ignored and costs you the list.
The same inbox as new calls, and anything that books lands on the same job board as new work. Your team does not run a second system for old customers.
