One Saturday, three to six trade companies at a table, each with someone beside them building their system. It is not a class and there is no presentation. You bring your license, your photos and your phone, and you leave when your number is answering and your site is online.
The room is in Spanish, and any table that asks gets English. Your office person comes free, and almost everyone brings one.

That is the $500 setup you would pay anyway, plus $500 for the seat at the table. Then the plan from $149 a month, which starts that day because your site lives on it. See the plans.
What you leave with
- Your number answering. A new local number ringing on your phone the same day, and your usual number on its way to being ported.
- The text back live. A missed call gets a text inside a minute, in English or Spanish, with the link to book.
- A five-page site. Home, services, service area, about and contact. Online before the day ends, with your photos on it.
- Your job board. Every call and every form lands on one board, with the source and the language. No more notebook.
- Review requests ready. The after-the-job review request, loaded and waiting for you to switch it on when you want it.
- Your QR card. Printed that day. A customer scans it and books without calling. For the truck and the counter.
- A check-in call. Twenty minutes the following week, booked from your own calendar before you leave the room.
What to bring
Four things, and none of them is a computer
Ten days before, we send the sheet with all of this and a few short questions, so your number registration is already moving by the time Saturday comes.
Bring your license
The license number and the insurance. Without them the number cannot be registered and the site cannot go up.
Bring ten photos
Of your own work, off your phone. Professional photos are not needed; real ones are.
Bring your prices
Your service list, with a price or with "call for a quote". A handwritten sheet is fine.
Bring your phone
The one you use for work. And your office person, who comes free.

Who is in the room
Three to six businesses, never one and never more than six. One bilingual facilitator. Your office person comes free. Everyone there is a South Florida trade company, and there is usually someone from your own trade at the next table.
What we promise
Under three businesses, the date moves
A workshop of one helps nobody. If there are not three paid businesses seven days out, the date moves: anyone who paid picks the new one or gets the money back, and nobody new is charged. We would rather move a Saturday than run a bad room.
